EPCS Hospitality and Catering students have recently been focusing on the technical skills required to achieve a Level 2 Distinction at GCSE. All of our students within year 9 and 10 have learnt how to joint a chicken and then use different joints in a repertoire of savoury dishes. This week saw our year 10’s using their chicken thighs to make delicious chicken curries served with rice.
