Over the summer holidays, students in Y7 were challenged to read as many books as possible. Friends and family sponsored students to read by the page, raising for funds for whole school Literacy and preparing students for the level of reading required at KS3.
This year our fantastic year 7s were able to raise a whopping £441.81! A massive well done to all of those students who took part. Each student was awarded with a certificate during assembly this week and the top 5 fundraisers today ordered a book of their choice from the Carnegie Shortlist.
